The
system managing our storage software became
unstable due to viruses and spyware. 1-Link
came immediately to our facility and backed
up our data, reloaded our operating system and
applications. 1-Link had us back up and running
that very same day. 1-Link installed a new browser
and utilities to help us from becoming infected

was like going from the Flintstones to the Jetsons,
1-Link tuned up the family computer removing
all of the spyware and viruses, removed our
old dial-up AOL service and gave us wireless
cablemodem service. No wires and great speed,

gave up using a computer due to my deteriorating
eyesight. I was referred to 1-Link who installed
Zoomtext which "Zooms" the text on
my computer so I can keep in touch with my children
in California now via e-mail. I thought the

Media is a company which relies on the computer
equipment and network services to be working
flawlessly all the time. We had an issue with
some of our equipment and we called 1-link.
They responded
before 10am and instead of spending time at
our offices, simply brought the equipment to
their facilities. The next morning they were
back with a computer which works better than
it when we bought it. Not only did the respond

desktop had been infected with a virus and was
